My favorite quote by the late, great Leonard Cohen, a Canadian, is there is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in. Meditating is a very healthy thing to do, especially during a pandemic. Take a minute to find a comfortable spot. Sit tall like a mountain. Have your feet firmly on the floor. Gently close your eyes and relax your jaw. One thing I found during the pandemic is may seem a little silly, but moisturizing my feet. What I do in the morning is I take a beautiful bomb that I bought from the drug store and I plaster it all over my feet. And then I put a pair of cotton socks on and get up for the morning. And boy, has it ever made a difference. My heels aren't rough. My toes aren't crackly. Everything feels good. Yes, it's another day at home.
