And as you listen to the music, I want you to close your eyes if you haven't done so yet noticing how the air goes in and out and how you relax more and more with each breath. With each exhalation that you take. That's right. And now I want you to close your eyes if you haven't done so yet. And if you have I want you to imagine that you're closing your eyes with your eyes closed and while you're lying there or sitting there, I want you to take all your attention to your body. Just give yourself the permission to relax now. And I want you to let your whole body relax completely. Now letting it allowing it to be completely relaxed. In a way that feels mm hmm. Really good for you. That's right mm hmm. And now I want you to take another deep breath and as you exhale, relax completely And as you relax, I want you to let your attention focus only in my voice. I want you to listen to the sound of my voice only will the feeling of comfort and tranquility and now I want you to take your attention to your feet. I want you to notice your toes. I want you to really let your toes begin to relax and ask your toes relax. I want you to imagine a very warm sensation penetrating your toes. It's as if your toes were radiating this very subtle light and now I want you to let that feeling of relaxation begin to cover your feet completely. I just want you to let your feet begin to relax. It feels so good to relax them now and I just want you to imagine that as your feet relax, that sensation within them begins to radiate, making you feel comfortable and healthy. If you don't feel the warmth right away that's completely fine. You might be able to notice it later when you're even more relaxed and now slowly I want you to let the sensation within your feet move upwards. Let's start moving upwards towards your calves, ridding yourself of any other sensation. Keeping only that relaxation that's right. The muscles in your calves up to your knees, relax completely feeling heavy, lose and relaxed. It feels so good to relax them. Even if it's just for a moment. I just want you to notice that relaxation going up from your feet to your knees. And now I want you to very softly very gently let that feeling of relaxation move from your knees upwards, covering your thighs completely beginning to relax relies completely. Now imagining that that warm light is moving upwards through your thighs and up to the part behind your waist, making you feel so comfortable and relaxed, safe, secure and confident. And as you continue to relax, you allow yourself to sink within this very deep relaxation. You feel safe and sound, you're only listening to the sound of my voice. It's as if all that mattered right now with how relaxed you can get to be now and now your legs relax completely and you're ready to let that relaxation go up covering your waist completely. I want you to let that relaxation move upwards towards your waist in a way that your entire body feels completely relaxed from the waist two Toes. That's right. That warm feeling radiates a sensation of relaxation that is so comfortable letting all the muscles become completely relaxed and limp, so relaxed that they're now lose and limp. That's right. And as you continue to relax you let yourself sink within this comfortable in deep relaxation, you feel safe and sound you hear only the sound of my voice. It's as if the only thing that matters to you right now is how deep you can let yourself go. That warm feeling of relaxation radiates a sensation of relaxation that's healthy, letting all your muscles become completely relaxed completely lose and limp now. And as you enjoy this feeling of profound relaxation, I want you to let that relaxation move towards your back first, covering your lower back completely, making it feel so comfortable and relaxed. Every muscle, they're feeling a warm sensation as they relaxed, expanding, feeling so comfortable for you. And now I want you to let that light of relaxation move towards the core of your back towards the center of your back, relaxing your back on its way up and expanding throughout your entire back slowly in a way that is very comfortable for you. It feels so good to allow this relaxation to continue relaxing your back completely. It feels so good to let your back relax and it will continue to do so deering the whole session and now very slowly. I want you to let this warm so comfortable relaxation move upwards covering your shoulders completely. I want you to let your shoulders relax completely. With this warm light of relaxation, I want you to let your shoulders drop and relax completely, letting that feeling of relaxation cover that area completely. Now it feels so good to relax while you listen to the sound of my voice, while you allow that feeling of relaxation to move from your shoulders to your chest. While you allow this relaxation to move within your chest. You breathe steadily and comfortably in a way that's comfortable for you and with every breath you take. Yeah every time you exhale that breath and guides you deeper and deeper and you begin to feel relaxed and hypnotized now. Yeah good As you continue to relax you allow yourself to sink within this warm, comfortable feeling of relaxation. You feel safe and sound and confident to listen only to the sound of my voice. It's as if the only thing that mattered right now is how deep you can let yourself go now that warm feeling of relaxation is radiating a light. It's very healthy for you, allowing all your muscles to relax completely so relaxed that they're completely loose and limp. And all this relaxation deepens more and more throughout the session. I want you to allow this feeling of relaxation move torture abdomen. That feeling of relaxation continues to grow from your chest downwards to your toes, truly enjoying the feeling of relaxation that flows throughout your body. That's right. Mhm comfortably now I want you to let that relaxation within your chest moves towards your arms, covering your biceps your elbows and letting these muscles relax completely. It feels so good to relax. As this light of relaxation radiates and moves downwards from your arms to terrorists. You can almost, I feel as all in every tension just melts away. As said, sensation moves from your wrists too, the fingers in your hands. Right? Good. Yeah. As you continue to relax, you allow yourself to sink within a very comfortable relaxation. You feel safe and sound, you listen only to the sound of my voice. It's as if the only thing that mattered to you right now is how deep you can let yourself go now that feeling of relaxation, ra radiating the sensation of relaxation that's so comfortable for you allows all your muscles to just relax completely. So relax that they're lose and limp. That's right. And as this relaxation continues and intensifies throughout the whole session and now you notice that your body feels good, feels very good. I want you to let that relaxation move upwards towards the back of your neck and all the muscles and and around your neck begin to relax. They could even be more relaxed than ever right now, relaxing deeply, moving now to the base of your neck upwards. Feeling so much relaxation. That's right, allowing that relaxation to go up through your neck, back and forth. It could happen that this very relaxation makes you want to swallow. If that happens, that's okay, You can swallow as you let yourself get carried away within a very deep relaxation. Mhm. That's right now. I want you to notice that relaxation go up towards your jaw. If your jaw is clenched or stiff, I want you to let it relax now, feeling very comfortable for you and as your jaw on clenches and relaxes your entire body relaxes even more and as you sink within a very comfortable relaxation you feel safe and sound listen only to the sound of my voice. It's as if the only thing that mattered to you right now is how deep you can let yourself go. That sensation radiates a light that's very healthy for you allowing your muscles to relax completely. So relaxed but they're completely limp and loose right now and that relaxation continues to deepen throughout the entire session and now I want you to let this relaxation move upwards towards the back of your head and towards the sides of your head, relaxing your temples and it feels so good to take a few minutes just to relax this way, every breath you take leads you deeper and deeper. The sound of my voice leads you deeper and deeper. And now I want you to let that light move towards the upper side of your head, the top of your head within your forehead, within your brows. And I want you to let those muscles relax, your forehead relaxes completely. As this relaxation fall yes cascades downwards through your face, covering your face completely. It feels so good, your face is so relaxed, you can even notice the weight of the muscles as they relax underneath your skin. Now you and now your entire body is in a deep state of relaxation and it feels so comfortable for you. Everything seems to relax you now relaxing so much just as if you were sleeping at night but you're awake completely relaxed in a way that is very comfortable, very deep, very comfortable for you. That's right. And as you continue to relax deeply you allow yourself to sink within a very deep feeling of relaxation. You feel safe and sound and confident. You listen to the sound of my voice only. It's as if the only thing that mattered to you right now. It's how deep you can let yourself go now. Mm hmm mm hmm. And that feeling of relaxation shines like a light that's so healthy for you, allowing your muscles to be loose and limp now. And this relaxation it continues throughout the entire session and throughout the entire session this relaxation continues to increase because you feel even more relaxed with every breath you take. Every time you exhale it's as if mm hmm. Every exhale invites you deeper and deeper. It's as if every Exhale with a step downwards on the stairs of your own relaxation.
