They simply need to let go of their ego, their pride, and accept the message he's sending you. It will be in the form of the person, and that person will ask. Do you need help? Most people will reply with No, they literally say no to a message from God. You'll have gained the strength from God when you're in a bad circumstance and instead of God sending you a message, you're the one that asks for help. You've gained even more strength from God when he uses you as the messenger to help his flock
