In this module, you will learn about tapingo enrollment tapingo for ambulatory areas, tapingo for in patient areas, logging in and logging out without a badge and available support options. Tapingo is a simplified solution to sign in and sign out of patient records and also enables providers to spend less time with technology and more time with patients. City of Hope tapingo enrollment When using tap and go for the first time, you must enroll your badge from the workstation lock and screen. Scan your badge on the tap and go reader that is attached to your work station. A successful badge skin will advance you to the next screen. Click and roll this card now to continue to confirm your identity, entry your user name and password, then click Next upon success. You will receive a confirmation message that your proximity card was successfully enrolled. Click Done to complete the enrollment process. To verify your identity, users will be prompted to reenter their password every six hours. Once entered, click log in. After your initial password entry epic, will auto launch to the department selection window? Verify the department is correct. Then click OK City of Hope TAPINGO for ambulatory areas. To use your badge and ambulatory areas, tap in to begin charting. When charting is complete. Tapout to secure your session the next person that taps in will be presented with same patient screen that was access by the previous user. If working at a nurse station or in a work room, the workstation will automatically lock after 10 minutes of in activity. At this point, the log in screen will appear simply tap in to reopen the patient record. City of Hope tap and go for in patient areas. When working in an inpatient area, users can tap in to begin charting. When you're done charting, tap out to completely log out of epic. When the next user taps in, they will land on their own epic home page. If working on a wow or in an exam room, the workstation will lock After 10 minutes of in activity. The log in screen will then appear simply tap your badge to reopen the patient record. City of Hope Tapingo Log in and long out without a badge. If you do not have your badge available, you may log in by pressing control All delete on your keyboard. This will display the log in to share it workstation window. Enter your user name and password, then click OK to continue from the epic long and window. Enter your epic user I D and password. Then click log in to proceed to log out without a badge, Press the Windows key plus L or press control. All delete, then select locked computer.
