Box breathing is also called four square breathing. It is a technique in which you consciously and slowly take deep breaths. You can do the exercise anywhere and anytime let us practice together. Focus on your breathing. Let's go first, take a deep breath in through your nose. For a count of four. You should feel your abdomen rising next, hold your breath and count to four again. Third, Breathe out evenly for four seconds. Finally hold your breath again for four seconds. Start the cycle again and continue as long as you can. Ideally for at least five minutes.
