do you believe that you are worthy of happiness? Do you believe that? Happiness success, abundance, comfort, fulfillment, peace, joy and love are all a part of your birthright? What if you just allow yourself in this moment to be happy? I've been thinking a lot about this lately that maybe happiness comes down to giving yourself permission to be happy like so many of you, I have spent many years of my life finding reasons to be unhappy, focusing on the things that were going wrong, I may have had four or five things going right in my life and one thing going wrong somehow some way we have a tendency to zero in on that one thing going wrong in our life and it's really not going wrong, it's just unfolding for our highest good. I want you to get in the habit of beginning to focus on the things that are going right for you and begin to give that airplay feeling like where we are in the moment and that I'm not supposed to be doing what I'm doing with who I'm doing it with is not supposed to be happening will bring you unnecessary anxiety and stress, it's almost as if our habit and our default are set to unhappy. What if moving forward, you chose to be happy, You gave yourself permission to be content where you are to keep working towards what you want because that is the juice of life. Happiness is a decision, it's a skill, it's a habit so spend more time with people that feel good to you spend more time doing the things that bring you joy right in this moment. I want you to look around exactly where you are and see all the reasons why where you are is good and where you're going, it's gonna be great as well. So how about you and I chose in this moment, moving forward to just be happy. There's a statement that I often make to myself and to others that I am the luckiest person in the world. I am the luckiest person that I know. When someone says, how are you doing Tina, I am the luckiest person that I know. Isn't that incredible? Now, at first, when you start using it, your mind is going to argue because you haven't trained it in that way, but you continue to be persistent and say to yourself and the others. I am the luckiest person that I know isn't that incredible And watch how the universe began to show up for you and give you more evidence of how truly lucky you are.
