Improved Job Posting and Management: Give More Direction, Get Better Auditions

When it comes to finding the perfect voice for your creative project, giving and getting the right information at the right time can make all the difference. That’s why we’ve made a number of improvements to how our clients post and manage jobs, and how they can give and get more information to make better hiring decisions. So, without further ado, let’s take a look at what’s new.

Give More Direction: Reference Material

We’ve added a new ‘Reference Material’ field on the Job Posting Form to help you give prospective talent more direction on the type of performance you’d like and how the performance will be used. The more direction you can give talent as part of the job posting, the more likely they are to nail their own performance and give you what you’re looking for.

Clean Up The Clutter: Delete Draft Jobs

This next change is something many of you’ve been asking about for some time, so we’re happy to announce that you can now delete draft jobs. If you’ve ever started a job posting but had to put it on pause, only to forget it and create a new one in its place, you no longer have to worry about the original draft job cluttering up your job list. By clicking the ‘Delete Draft’ button, you can now get rid of jobs that you no longer need and that were never posted.

Invite and Hire with Confidence: Talent Activity

Have you ever come across a prospective talent in Search or visited a talent profile and thought: “I’d love to invite this person to a job right now, but I wonder when or if they’ll see the invitation?” Well, not only will the talent receive an email invitation should you decide to invite them, but now you can also see their online activity with the ‘Last Online’ field and a ‘online now’ icon as part of their profile avatar:

The ‘Last Online’ field will indicate when the talent last logged into their Voices account. Depending on the talent’s activity, it will read:

  • Online Now
  • Recently Online
  • This Week
  • This Month

If the talent is online while you are viewing their profile, a green online icon will appear on their profile avatar.
