1-Minute Product Demo Sample Script:

[We see an animation of a bespectacled young man, Amir, sitting on a couch. There’s the sound of a dog barking furiously in the background, while the glow of a TV broadcast flickers across his face. Close-up on Amir as he screws up his expression, frustrated and unable to focus.]

“In today’s world, working from home is growing more and more common. But sometimes, it can be helpful to have space where you can retreat and direct 100% of your focus to carrying out work tasks.”

[Amir has an a-ha moment, and retrieves a VR headset. He fastens it on his face.]

“Welcome to Flow Zone, your 21st century virtual office, away from the office.”

[We see the screen of the Amir’s phone as he navigates the interface of the Flow Zone app.]

“Flow Zone is an augmented reality application that recreates the office environment for both individual employees, and teams who are working remotely, and need to foster a sense of connectivity.”

“From the home screen, you can click the Landscapes button, which will send you to Landscape mode, where you’ll be provided with a variety of backgrounds to choose from.”

[All of a sudden, Amir is catapulted from the couch that was serving as his home office, and he lands in a pristine virtual office space. His coworkers, who appear as animated avatars, wave to him.]

“The default Landscape is an office setting. This background filter will provide a sense of uniformity to your work meeting. You no longer have to worry about meticulously positioning the webcam.”

[Amir presents data to his colleagues as their avatars watch, rapt. He rotates his head to make eye contact with every one of them. As he does this, we cut to a shot of Amir’s head turning as he sits on his couch, addressing his colleagues through the headset.]

“By creating a virtual office space and dropping you into it, Flow Zone eliminates all the distractions of home. When you’re immersed in the app, you can rotate your headset and gain a 360-degree view of your colleagues in the lifelike office space.”

[Amir toggles through various Landscape filters, and we see his avatar juxtaposed against a night sky, an ocean floor backdrop, and an office that looks out over an urban centre.]

“Enter Solo Mode when you need to hunker down and focus on a particular project, or just take a simple breather. With this feature, you have the option of toggling between a number of tranquil, stimulating, and fun environments. Just turn your head to the side to scroll between the Landscapes you can become immersed in, from a starry night sky, to an undersea oasis, to sitting at a desk overlooking the Manhattan skyline.”

[The Flow Zone logo fades in over a bright orange screen.]

30-Second Product Demo Sample Script:

[An animated graphic of a young man, Amir, standing up from his couch, setting down his glasses, and tightening a VR headset over his face.]

“When you strap on your headset and open the Flow Zone app, it won’t take long before you understand why Flow Zone is the augmented reality app that is changing the way individuals and teams work remotely.”

[We see the interface of the Flow Zone app on an iPhone screen.]

“To get started with Flow Zone, all you need is a VR headset and a mobile device.”

[The screen grab continues as a user moves through the app, testing out its various modes and settings. Amir’s animated avatar is thrust through an assortment of filtered backgrounds, and subsequently appears standing before a massive slideshow screen that towers over him.]

“Get connected in a workspace alongside your entire team, or settle in for a focused work session in a lifelike office, overlooking your favorite cityscape with the Landscapes feature. From the app home screen, enter Slideshow mode to experience your colleagues’ slideshows in immersive, up-close quality.”

[Amir, back on his couch, removes the VR headset, smiling.]

“When you’re done, just press the Leave Work button in the top-right corner, close the app, and remove your headset.”

[The Flow Zone logo appears over a bright orange background.]

15-Second Explainer Video Sample Script:

[An animated graphic of the Flow Zone home screen pops up.]

“Flow Zone is an augmented reality app that is changing the way people work remotely. Here’s how it works.”

[The avatar of an animated character, Amir, is shown downloading the Flow Zone app from the App Store, removing his glasses, and squeezing his VR headset over his face.]

“First, install the app and connect it with your VR headset.”

[Amir is suddenly immersed in a realistic office space, surrounded by avatars of his coworkers.]

“Open Flow Zone, and your physical surroundings will instantly be transformed into a workspace that will help you focus when you need to connect with colleagues and blur out the distractions of home.”

[Split-screen: On the left side of the frame, we see Amir rapidly transition between a variety of landscapes. On the right side, we see a screen capture of the Flow Zone interface as a user scrolls through Landscapes, and drags and drops digital files to send to team members.]

“Toggle between calming and otherworldly Landscapes to suit your desired preferences. Send files to your colleagues, hunker down for a focused productivity period, or take a second to restore your mind.”

[The Flow Zone logo appears over a bright orange background.]

        Hey Anish,

Welcome aboard! Now that you’ve uploaded your demos, the next step you should absolutely take is filling out your entire profile to the best of your ability. This will include detailing the languages you can fluently speak, the recording equipment you’re working with, and the categories of voice over work that you specialize in. That way, when a client on the platform is looking for a voice like yours, they’ll be able to find you easier.

When you sign up as a Premium member, you’ll have the opportunity to submit custom auditions to job postings. Once you gain some more experience and get used to using the platform, I’d recommend considering an upgrade so you can audition for more work.

        I hope that helps!
        Oliver
