Flexible Payment Options to Streamline Your Business Practices

Allison Mitchell | January 30, 2022

At Voices we service a variety of businesses with different needs.  We’re pleased to announce that we upgraded our payment options to meet the needs of our diverse customer base by incorporating the option to pay via invoice.

Invoicing is now available to all Plus and Enterprise customers, and this is in addition to our existing credit card and PayPal payment methods.

Paying Via Invoice

Paying via invoice is simple! When you are at the checkout, simply select ‘Invoice’ as your payment method and fill in the required fields.

At this point, you will have the option to select emails to CC on the invoice and the option to include invoice notes. See below for more detailed information on who to include and how.

Your invoices are automatically emailed from our system straight to your inbox. The processing fee is 5% for Plus accounts and 0% for Enterprise. This will be automatically added to your total. By using invoicing, you are automatically agreeing to our updated terms of service.

It’s that easy!

Who to include on the invoice

Your invoices will be sent to the Voices account holder and anyone else you choose to CC. There are two ways you can include additional emails on the invoice.

One-time action

If the email you will be including is always the same, we recommend this method. Simply navigate to Account Settings > Billing Information and input the appropriate email under “Email Invoice Copy To”.

These ware automatically added to all invoices moving forward; however, you will still have the option to edit on the payment form.

Update Per Project

If your projects are billed to different accounts, we recommend you update per project. On the payment page, you will be prompted to CC an email on the invoice. You can simply input the email here.

How does this impact talent?

In short, it doesn’t! The payment will still be held in SurePayTM and released to talent on the appropriate day.
