David Ciccarelli, Founder of Voices, Chosen for Exclusive Ivey Program

London, ON | May 29, 2017

Select entrepreneurs recently gathered at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre to attend Quantum Shift – a rigorous 5 day leadership development experience.

Quantum Shift touches on subjects that matter to entrepreneurs of high growth businesses in an effort to inspire them to move to the next level. This program was built to improve the leadership style of the chosen entrepreneurs, inspire their business partners, and maximize their growth opportunities. Candidates were nominated through KPMG Enterprise and participants are selected by the Ivey Business School’s Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship.

Among those completing the most recent Quantum Shift program is Voices’s CEO and Co-Founder David Ciccarelli, who shared that the 5 day intensive course gave him new tools and experience to continue to maximize the growth of his company and improve his corporate leadership.

“It’s widely recognized that entrepreneurs are the backbone of Canada’s changing economy. However, few programs exist to develop the next generation of business leaders. Quantum Shift assembles Canada’s experienced business leaders for an intense 5-day program covering strategy, innovation, people and culture,” says David. “I am honoured to have been a part of this program, and recommend it to other Canadian entrepreneurs who are eager to be challenged personally and help their companies become an important part of the Canadian business landscape.”

This event was held from May 7-12, 2017 at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre and included 45 high potential Canadian entrepreneurs who are considered industry leaders.
