King Arthur Helps Chicago Food Wagons

Description

King Arthur acts as narrator descibing a current situation in Chicago where food wagons can't park within 200 feet of an established restaurant without getting a hefty fine. In contrast to Arthur, several Chicago-like characters, male and female, are used giving their imput to local conditions as if in a book narration. The presentation sounds patchy because some segments were to be added by the producer of the video. Just so there is not confusion, only one voice over talent was used.
