Description

The first meat-processing factory was established in 1920, in Palestine, with products produced under the name Siniora. After the occupation of Palestinian lands in 1948, the Siniora factory was relocated to a new site within the walls of the old city of Jerusalem. Operations continued there until December 1997, when the factory was relocated again on an 11,000 sq meter plant area in the outskirts of Jerusalem in Palestine. The name Siniora has become synonymous with progress, and from our principle of progress came the expansion into new markets with the construction of our new factory in 1992 of the Siniora Food industries Co. established in the Sahab Industrial City in Jordan.
