Description
A parody of Jean Valjean's Soliloquy from Les Miserables, performed as Gollum/Smeagol from Lord of the Rings.
SCRIPT:
S:What have I done?
S:Oh Precious, what have I done?
G:Become a phief in the night
G:Become a dog on the run
S:And have I fallen so far
S:So many seasons gone by
S:That nothing remains but the cry of my hate?
G:The cries in the dark that nobody hears,
S:Here where I stand at the turning of the years?
S:If there's another way to go
S:I missed it 500 long years ago
S:My life is a war that can never be won
S:I murdered for precious...
G:We became *Gollum, Gollum*
G:They roped us and who wanted to leave us for dead?
G:The fat hobbitses who lost the last morsel of bread

S:Why did precious come and ruin my life?
S:Was there another way to go?
S:I'm reaching, my hands around his neck
G:Remember his breath leaving him
S:I stare into the void
S:His eyes reflect my sin
S:I have escaped from that world now

S:The name Smeagol is nothing now
