This is from and indie project It is basically ta similar world to the game Fallout: New Vegas. A southwestern feel to it. In this sample you'll hear several things - Ambient weather effects, Foley work, and Voice Acting. The characters, a young girl and her big adoptive mercenary mother, are talking in rainstorm so it was narrated as if that were the case, voices raised to be heard over the rain, and passed through a low pass filter to cut some of the bass, to give the impression that they are outside.
