Let's use free speech to discuss motivational speakers Written by Andrew Bouchard. Narrated by Adam Chisel. Poem one. Let's start Here. Dave Ramsey got things wrong. In a speech about wealth, he uttered, America is rich because we are based on Judeo Christian values that teaches good to help people. Of course, the other religions don't teach. It's good to help people auras, Thomas Paine observed. I know of no religion that teaches man to be bad, Dave. You over simplified. Even your fellow Christian John Piper admitted slavery created much of this country's prosperity. Now I do believe America's work ethic has in part helped create our wealth. Yet you need to realize slavery, also playing a role. Progressives will also attribute America's wealth to imperialism, but you would probably call them Socialists poem, too. At the risk of over generalizing, I will state many if not most motivational speakers profess Christianity. Diversify, diversify. We need DS motivational speakers. Yo poem three motivational speakers like Michael Hyatt recommend emulating those who have achieved the success you seek. I imagine motivators think you'll try to follow motivators, but why not follow those who have achieved more success? People like Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj. I know one reason why not bent Flip Berg suggested that individuals with intermediate proficiency make better instructors than experts because those with intermediate proficiency need to reflect about the process more, whereas experts often succeed without needing reflection. Poem for Listen to Rabbi Levine for the first time. Not impressed, he dissed government employees, saying something to the effect of businesses. Love to help you. That's why they always say, Have a nice day. I don't know of any government employees who care about you What the **** I happen toe work in an ineffective bureaucracy. So you might think I would eat these words up wrong. Do debt. Sometimes government agencies give me great surface. For example, when I started my business in 2013 I sent in the Texas State Tax I D form. I waited a month but never got a response, so I emailed the comptroller's office. The employee said they didn't receive it, but you would expedite it if I sent it again. She did, as she promised. That made me thankful. Poem five. Rob I, Le Pene and the ENTRE leadership announcer agreed that they don't want to be around pessimistic people. But maybe thes pessimistic people have positive sides that possible pessimists like Rabbi Le Pene don't see motivational speakers may not be as optimistic as you think you are. Ponder that. Do that home. Six. Does motivational speaking have a Western bias? Probably. Is motivational speaking ethno centric? Likely Poem seven Little sucks more than hanging around motivational speaker types who pride themselves on their positivity, and they're positive attitude and their presence. You have to walk on peanut shells, for they pressure you, whether consciously or otherwise, to be 100% positive 100% of the time. Or else they will rebuke you like you murdered someone, if you dare. Utter a statement is only 92.3% positive or, God forbid, 59.7% positive. Thes positivity mongers will explode. Caution walking on peanut shells. Poem eight. Motivational speaker suggest all good people get rewarded, especially with the reward of popularity. So you feel like scum if you can't win popularity. If only six people attending someone's funeral motivational speakers would say the deceased lived a life poorly. History books say six people attended Thomas Paine's funeral. If you have lived a better life than Thomas Paine. I'd rather aim to live like Thomas Paine than many who attract hundreds or thousands to their funerals. Poem nine Motivational speakers. You know what? You are obsessed with popularity. You praise popular people, suggesting they have positive attitudes. Not that simple. Nope. Poem 10 Dale Carnegie tried to make us feel better about our problems by citing that proverb. I was Satya had no shoes until I met a boy with no feet. Thank you, Dale. Now, in addition to all my own problems, I gotta worry about feet. Lis, Children. Thanks a lot. Poem 11. Dale Carnegie tried to make us feel better about our problems by citing that proverb. I was sad. I had no shoes until I met a boy with no feet. Thank you, Dale. Your problem makes me feel like ****. God must not trust me much since he gave much greater problems to the boy with no feet than he gave to me. God must not think I can handle much. Thanks a lot. Poem 12. If I was the tattoo type, I would get these following Latin words tattooed on my body via do stevia throughout Kyle. Um, if motivational speakers were the tattoo type, they would get thes following Latin words tattooed on their bodies. Fiat posted AEA rue at Kyle. Um, I think my focus leads to a better life poem. 13 motivational speakers love to praise the successful, but what if you tried real hard but never earned huge rewards with motivational speakers? Praise you, John Piper declared. God rewards faithfulness mawr than fruitfulness surely, and motivational speakers would agree with that statement in theory. But would you exemplify it in practice? Poem. 14. What a motivational speakers think about labor unions. I don't remember them directly addressing the matter of labor unions. Jim Rohn did state. You can demand a raise. You have to make yourself more valuable. Dave Ramsey has ranted about how he hates it when people demonize capitalist as he scolds you, eat their food. Emphasis added shameful. I'm an entrepreneur and a labor union organizer, both. So I think we can apply motivational thinking to labor organizing. I wrote two pamphlets about it. In fact, Poem 15. Anyone out there social justice minded? If so, why not get a job with one of these motivational companies and organize a union. I imagine they will bust your union. I imagine you will witness some negativity from them. Poems. 16 Dave Ramsey prides himself on running a Christian company. So what happens when Hindus or Buddhists apply for jobs with this company? I also wonder what would happen if his company would hire a Christian who would later convert to a non Judeo Christian faith. Would they let the non Judeo Christian stay poem 17? I fear this volume of motivational speaking seems more critical than even my other volumes on motivational speaking. If such is true, let's hope it's a good and necessary thing. Poem. 18. Get hired by one of these Jesus loving motivational speaker types. Show your Christian devotion by acting like the superhero super fundamentalist with your motivational speakers. Customers. Zig Ziglar opined. If we had more health from the pulpit, we've had less **** in the streets. So when you work the customers for a company like Zig Ziglar's preach fire and brimstone so frighteningly it would make Edwards sinners in the hands of an angry god seem tame by comparison or simply act like a typical fundamentalists. Maybe like the lead into saved. You'll scare all the customers away. And the motivational speaker. My other words of non positivity poem 19 me a perfectionist by nature. So I expressed my perfectionism and many things I do. I can't help ever apply perfectionism to positivity as I can't stand those folks who demand that every statement that exits your mouth or their mouth some perfectly positive. I love negative words sometimes. Poem 20. Dave Ramsey and Michael Hyatt try to ease their consciences. So they say, When you fire someone, you are really just freeing them so they can do what God wants them to do. Sounds like possible baloney to me. Maybe sometimes a rationalization for cold heartedness to poem 21 more than once on his podcast, Michael Hyatt stated, Things always take longer than you think. So I will note this don positivity. Not only does this sound non positive, but it simply isn't true. Sometimes things actually take less time than you think. It happens sometimes when I write these pamphlets. It even happened at the D. M. V. But Rabbi Levin's positivity teaches him to hate the d. M. B. More to the point, things do not always take longer than you think. Poem 22 Another book on motivational speaking. I can't stop this an addiction Just as motivational speakers are addicted to positivity, I'm addicted to thinking about them. Poem. 23. Michael. Hi. It hates swearing, He says. He avoids material that contains swearing unless the material has enough redeeming value. He likes Anthony Robbins. He even attended one of Robinson seminars, so it sounds like he got the Robinsons foul mouth motivation. If I ever become important enough. Well, Hyatt overlook my occasional swearing to read my stuff. Dave Ramsey can't stand porn. Oh, sometimes I consume porn. What would Dave think? What would they think of me writing erotica? Poem 24. I heard it from him. I heard it from Dave Ramsey. Ken Blanchard calls money certificates of appreciation with pictures of presidents on them. Surely Blanche, hard, like most motivational speakers, reveres American presidents, especially the Founding Fathers. Even though most of the founders owned slaves, I never heard motivational speakers praised John Brown, Yet they praise slaveholding presidents all the time. ****** up Poem 25. Do motivational speakers ever get heckled, especially when they say the stuff discussed in this work. I do like much of what motivational speakers say. I just need to pour out the hogwash.
