At 945 Ward Drive, on the outskirts of Santa Barbara, there is Rancho Goleta. In this community the residents own the land. This is the only park in this area where this is possible. Designed as a family park for all ages, the community is built around a lake. Close to the bike path, for a short walk or ride to Goleta Beach for dinner, fishing or swimming.
