Guyana is football country full of talent and ripe with promise. The guy in a football federation is laying the foundations for the future success of the game for boys and girls, players, coaches, referees and fans in all nine regional member associations. We're building a nation off football, growing the game, developing talent, investing in facilities, strengthening governance, building a fan culture and the football brand, making the game a force for good. We're putting football first. Our flagship investment is a state of the art national football centre where weak and stage tournaments, international matches and host training all year round. Each of our member associations will have a modern all weather football facility. We're investing in five areas to transform the game technical development competitions, governance and member associations, football administration and incorporate social responsibility developing our players, coaches and referees to their full potential. Building a strong team of technical experts, a youth development officer, ah, women's football development officer, a coaching education and development officer as schools for both development officer and a national network of technical development officers and youth development coaches, all working with our technical director to lead a football revolution. Our pioneering national programme will put Diana at the forefront of regional football development. It starts with grassroots inspiring young boys and girls to play football with free weekly grassroot programmes in every member association for any child aged 5 to 12. Our nationwide system ofthe elite youth Academy training centres is the first of its kind in the region. 13 centres with trained coaches to identify and nurture the stars of tomorrow. It's the heartbeat of our player pathway and playing philosophy from grassroots to national teams. We are recruiting and training more coaches than ever before through our national coaching philosophy and we are developing more referees. They improve standards on the field of play, from nurturing talent to giving talent a platform to shine. We are investing record amounts in regular organised football from foot sole and beach soccer to youth, men's and women's football and internationals intra association leagues at every youth level to support Tore academies as schools league in partnership with FIFA and the government of Guyana, we are supporting women's football. Spearheaded by a women's football Development League. Our elite league is receiving landmark funding to create a lasting culture off professional football and our national teams are getting the game time they need with more friendlies and tournaments for football to thrive, we need strong and good governance, a culture of integrity and accountability from the executive and staff of the G F F our member associations and clubs. We're embracing financial responsibility and enforcing ethical rules and behaviour. Our standards of excellence applied to everyone with a strict code of conduct that puts football first. We're strengthening our administration at every level to deliver a professional service for all embedding financial stewardship to protect the future of football. We're promoting gender equality throughout the game with more opportunities for women in leadership, development and participation. We want football to be a force for good, enhancing the fortunes and image of our nation. We're committed to social outreach, volunteering, player, livelihood support, van engagement and a better fan experience building the community of football.
