Kimber is a manager in marketing. She is working on a new DSW dot com refresh and deadlines Air Fast approaching Kimber does not know about DS W's contract policy. Let's see what happens when Kimber enters into a contract. Without the policy's guidance, Kimber reaches out to a vendor she has worked with in the past to see if the vendor could cut DSW a deal for certain work related to her project. Kimber receives a response from the vendor. Within minutes, the vendor offers a discount, but to get the discount, DSW must sign the contract within a week. Kimber knows this vendor does great work. She quickly reviews the one page contract, signs it and returns it to the vendor
