Well, Hello, everyone. This is Mark Tinsley and you were joining me on the message, which is a Ministry of inquiry for today. Today you're joining us in our five part series entitled The Five Gems of Parenting and Jim Number two Family. If you're a parent than you already have something so precious and priceless that you better hold onto it with everything you've got in, that is family. Think about it. What could be more valuable than a built in, as it were, a person or group of people who are similar to you, who most likely love you and who will be with you for a lifetime to support and encourage? On this last point, former first lady Barbara Bush is purported to have said to us family means putting your arms around each other and being there. How true this is. Our family's provide bonds that air intimate, long suffering and hard to break. But being the parent and a family is also a privilege. It's an opportunity to start a child off right to set him or her on a path for personal success, spiritually growth and strong character. Proverbs 22 Verse six, says train up a child in the way he should go. Even when he's old, he will not depart from it. Have you ever thought about the impact you have on your Children on your family? Parents? You are the catalysts for a life reaction that reverberates well past your last day on this planet. What a privilege that IHS! And what a responsibility. Nevertheless, how many mothers and fathers don't see the priceless nous of their families? How many don't take seriously the responsibility and the privilege they've been given by God? Where are you on the matter of family and your role as apparent? I hope you don't take your family for granted. But if you do change that today, look at your family, your Children through new lenses. Starting right now, look at them as the God bestowed treasures and gems they truly are. Well, I hope you've learned something today, and I hope you see the value of family.
