This is a public notice. Notice is hereby given that on November 17th 2000 and eight, on application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission, or FCC, at Washington D. C. Seeking consent to the transfer of control of the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University system with regard to the operation and control of radio station K C s u F M at Fort Collins, Colorado, the board of governors of the Colorado State University system is a governing body of a state agency created by the Colorado Constitution and the Colorado Revised Statutes. And it's address is 4 27th Street. Sweet 1415 Denver, Colorado. FCC records show that the Board of Governors is currently comprised of Donald Ham, Stra Jeff Shoemaker, Patrick Grant, Connie Callaway, Phyllis Evans, A Fred Cursed, Charles W. Smith, Reginald L. Washington and Chad McWhinnie. Upon the grant of this application, the new Board of governors shall be comprised of Douglas Jones, Joseph Blake, Phyllis Evans, Patrick Grant, Ed Hassled in Bonifacio, Casa Leone, Thomas Farley, Patrick Makana Fee and Marguerite Salazar. K. C s U. F. M operates on an assigned frequency of 90.5 megahertz with an effective radiated power of 10 kilowatts.
