recharge flow. This video will teach you how to recharge a rose a plan from the back end. It is one of the simplest things you can do. Step one click on the recharge pin from the menu. There are three options for accessing an account, a phone number, a pin number or an email. Step to enter the registered phone number or pin number the customer has provided and click submit the majority of times that the customer will provide their phone number. Only Step three. The account should appear before you and you must confirm the name on the account to make sure it's the right one. Be sure to check the customer's order history and offer them any relevant promotions. Step four Ask the customer how much they would like to recharge the account and be sure to enter the relevant coupon codes or promotions that you offered. Step five, verify the last four digits of the credit card on file. Step six. Ask four and enter the three digit code, the CVV or security pin at the back of the credit card. Step seven click on, proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Step eight confirmed the information that was entered the recharge amount promo code and the total amount charged to the account. If the information is displayed correctly, that means the credit card has been charged and you can confirm with the customer that their account has been recharged and they can continue making their calls
