Introduction This booklet will examine the history of the United States of America in regard to the IRS Internal Revenue Service. Many wrongly assume that the IRS has always been around. If you are aware that the irs actually was not founded until 1913, which also happens to be when the Federal Reserve was established. This is important as it is all tied into where our currency comes into being whenever politicians promised something or come up with a new idea to push their agenda, it takes dollars to make it happen since they must act right away rather than saving and then spending like responsible adults should they must engage in what is called deficit spending. This is simply spending without any money or current currency. To cover this recklessness, the politician must go to the U. S. Treasury, which will in turn issue a bond.
