Description

Impersonations are a very limited category of voice work. And like "accents" they should only be done by a voice talent who knows how to do them, and do them well. As for myself, I do only impersonations of those who haven't been around for a while . . .like Julian Ceasar, General Robert E. Lee or Teddy Roosevelt. After all, who's to say if I'm "on target" or not. This is a clip of my version of Teddy Roosevelt, which I did for the recent documentary "Undocunmented"
in which he reflects on illegal immigration.

in the first place. We should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American, dander simulates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else. For it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed or birth place or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American and nothing but an American can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also isn't an American at all. We have room, but for one flag, the American flag, we have room. But for one language here and that is the English language. And we have room, but for one sole loyalty, and that is a loyalty to the American people.
