Description

Working with my team (at the time being at the Vincennes University Counseling Office) I was able to run a few 10-minute meditation sessions to help both influence the understanding of mental health for students in need, and begin to establish a media platform that played the track in their office.

Welcome to the breathe meditation series. I am breathing. Let's and I am here to enchants you into a calm place For the next 10 minutes. If you may do so right now turn off any distractions that may bother you sit back in a comfortable position in a chair or in a solid sitting position and when you are ready close your eyes, you are in a lost world filled with illusion and negative thinking. This world around. You may feel so crazy but your mind is the most powerful tool to give you away from the craziness of the world and keep you in the calm. If you don't mind, you are decoding your inner room away, picking brick by brick, pound by pound, stone by stone and let the rays of the room disappear. As your feet glide against the tele portal, your feet will now gently flaw into a calm state on a beach with beautiful palm trees, a luscious sky. And the only thing separating you from your freedom is the shaken ground in front of you. In order to restore your inner peace. You need to start by breathing. You start through the nose and out through the mouth through the nose out of the mouth. Mhm, enter the nose and out through the mouth. Now, this time Before you start breathing, let's count by eight, breathe in through 123 45678. Hold 12345. Exhale 12345678. one more time, breathe in 2345678. Hold it, breathe out 1234 567 eight gently, the waves glisten but in order for you to keep your land calm, you need to keep yourself calm too in through the nose and out through the mouth. But again we're gonna count. 12345678. Hold it 123, Breathe out. 1 2 three four 567 eight. Yeah, you may feel a warmth from the top of your head. Feel it because it's essential. It feels like the world around you starting to feel warm. May it tingle all the way down to your brain, tingle your brain in consciousness. Tickle your worries away, tickle your worries away. Now we move down to the eyebrows to your upper head where the world of your thoughts are just going away like the sound of the wind. Imagine your thoughts as ducks, ducks swimming in the middle of an ocean. Every duck that swims in the ocean is just another thought rolling off of its back. Now since we've gone to the brain, let's go to the head. Your head is a powerful tool your mouth for talking your nose for breathing and now it is time for you to rest your thoughts, rest what you're thinking, rest how you're feeling, learn how to appropriately dictate what kind of voice. What kind of message you need to relay to people and think of more positive things to say. Now we're gonna move down to the upper body. The upper body is important for breathing in and breathing out. Especially your lungs. They are the most powerful tools. It's time to refresh them. Time to re wake them as you breathe with conscience that you are getting better and will let all the anxiety roll away from the upper body. We go down down to the stomach, down to the intestines, down to the heart. We still go down all the way down to the legs, the legs, the kneecaps, the torsos, the hips and the feet. You move down through the legs all the way down to your knees and all the way down to the tips of your toes. As you are now beginning to breathe, breathe 123 four 567 eight ship 123 4567, breathe out One two three four 5678. Your beach is now slow. Your mind is now free from the captive prison you might have felt. And before you did this session, your mind is now in a better place for the rest of the day. May I affirm you, you are powerful. You are strong. You are not going to let any and all negative thoughts get to you for the rest of the day. I repeat. You will not let any negative thoughts, negative mindset worries or negative fears go through your head. You will not let them go through your mind for the rest of the day, I believe in you. I believe you are so powerful. I believe that you will love that you will take courage and that you will fight on. I believe in you, as we all do in You may the world be a better place because of you and now you can open your eyes and you see the world come back from the ocean you left now. You are a powerful, strong person who's willing to take on any challenges. Thank you for listening and have a good day with the
