Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Bryan's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

Bryan uses Adobe Audition for recording, editing and exporting all his work. Audition exports to the following formats:.aif, .aiff, .aifc, .ape, MP2 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer II), MP3, .mov, .wav, .bwf.

In the first instance, please contact Bryan immediately you feel that his work is sub-standard, or that he is not delivering what you have asked for. Bryan will refund fees if a resolution cannot be acheived in good faith.

Bryan offers two revisions for every project; to rectify elements such as pitch / tone, pronunciation and timing etc. Thereafter $250 per hour (or part thereof) is payable. No charge or limits for extraneous sounds, such as background noise etc.

Bryan's home studio is a converted garage. It is a dedicated workspace which includes a small VO booth. His primary microphone is a Rode NT2-A. A 55SH Series II is his secondary mic for a different sound and feel.

Bryan prefers to use Zoho Meeting; however he is happy to use Skype, Zoom or any other web-platform if required; even good ol' fashioned phone... (if you call a mobile / cell old fashioned).
