Christina Melissa JJ woke up one glorious day to discover that spring had arrived for the first time in many months, the sun was shining brightly, and when he stepped outside, it felt pleasantly warm on his skin. This was a perfect day to do something he'd been longing to do ever since winter set in. He was going to the park to read under his favorite tree. Looking hand. JJ set off. He whistled cheerily when he saw the crocus is just beginning to peek out of the ground. His mood lifted even more when he saw the tree in the distance. This particular tree had been JJ's favorite ever since he first started coming to this park as a tiny puppy. He had learned to read in the shade of that tree, and it was one of his favorite places in the world. But J. J stopped in his tracks when he realized someone else was already sitting underneath his tree. Pay JJ called out. What are you doing there? A friendly face looked up, but it's scowled when it saw JJ's expression. Who's asking? A snooty looking poodle said, Sorry, but that's my tree, JJ said, trying to control his temper. J. J was usually quite the cool customer, but this was his special tree they were talking about, says who shot back the poodle. I got here first, and she settled herself back against the trunk, looking like she wasn't about to move for a good long time. JJ's lip trembled, but he was determined not to cry. There were many other places to read in the park, but this was the only shady spot. Perhaps you should just head home. Where you going? Called the poodle? As JJ turned to go home, G turned and looked back at her. I'm going home. You're in my tree. The poodle looked at J. J for a minute and then said, There's plenty of room in the shade I could use some company.
