Hello. My name is John Quayle, and this is a test reading for grosses dot com. The equipment reading is taken from a book I have produced, called Diet Died without tea. I grew up hating sports, That skill. I was never picked for any team sports. I was constantly picked on. I was what you could say the want of the skill, the smallest person in my year. So why are you asking myself? Um, I'm writing a book on exercise. I am approaching this book from the point of view ofthe most people who have tried to exercise, get fit, lose weight and failed. Why have you failed? Why did I fail at school? Sport, for that matter, the quest. That is the question you need to ask yourself. I'm sure you have tried the gym of optics spinning on all the new comb and golf funds that have been around. The answer, my friends, is not motivation. Not five diets, not 20 hours per week in the gym, sweating gallons are not seeming to lose any weight or change the way your body looks. The answer is a little thing called knowledge. This is not just another book on diet and exercise because that is only half the storey when it comes to losing weight getting shape, I'm off importantly, staying that way. This is not a book on dating site for grammes. This is a blueprint for fitness, education, development for positive, sustained a lifestyle change when most people see the word diet. But it's exactly what they see die. We'll take the end. They think that losing weight and keeping it off is simply a matter of watching what they eat. Cutting out the guy's plate of chips and chocolate bar, hitting the gym once a week, then expecting the way to fall off. And when it does not work, they give up. We're the people to true, Accessible will not and has not never worked. If the lifestyle you have been living has made you overweight by £20 for example, putting out chips and chocolate twice a week going to the gym for another hour, sitting on an exercise bike, not switching with your workout and then sitting down and watching TV for six I was a day will not make you lives. Any weight fact. It is not just your date. You have to change. It is your entire lifestyle. The bottom line is that if the laughter, all your living has made you overweight, unhealthy, the only thing that will make any difference is a change in that lifestyle, not only in the way you eat and exercise, but also the way you think about food on drug dealership to it. This is not an easy process to accept.
