In the late 19 sixties and early 19 seventies, an epidemic of heroin abuse sweeps through America. President Richard Nixon said that America's public enemy number one was drug abuse between 1969 and 1974. The number of heroin addicts across the U. S rises from approximately 240,000 to nearly half a 1,000,000 people. No region of the country is more devastated than the New York tri state area. The poorest neighborhoods are the hardest hit. Recently, a new brand, Blue Magic has hit the streets, and it's the most potent mix yet. Blue Magic was killing people on both sides of the Hudson, New York and New Jersey.
