In this video, we will cover how to book your annual leave in the new hr system. First. You'll need to log into the system using the details sent to you previously. Once logged in, you will see a side access menu on the left hand side of the screen, click this menu to expand it and choose the option, vacation and leave of absence. This will open your leave dashboard and allow you to see your outstanding and unbook leave, click view details to continue here, you will see a 12 month calendar to book leave. Simply click the start date and then the end date of your required leave. A pop up window will appear allowing you to choose the type of absence you require such as annual leave, parental leave or compassionate leave. Check to confirm all details are correct and then click save and a confirmation email will be sent to your line manager for approval.
