Hi, My name is David Mountie. On a cool, sunny Thursday afternoon in April 2005 a young man appeared in the streets of the English seaside town of Sheerness Kent. He was slight and fair and blonde, well dressed in a jacket and loose tie, creased trousers and good shoes. He was soaking wet when asked by bystanders and then police. The man did not say who he Waas, nor did he say where he was from, where he had been, well, where he was going. In fact, he did not speak at all. This is not his storey.
