What's it like to be a bat engulfed in the land of evaporation, but do not see or hear the world they echo located? How does it feel? To echo, locate the mouth, flapping its wings? Is it like seeing it or hearing it? Or is it something else altogether? And what's it like to be a whale? Perceiving the songs of friends and relatives from hundreds of kilometers away, while sliding through the deep blue everywhere has its own repertoire resonating across oceans? How does it feel to live such a life submerged in the water? World of musical mindfulness? The depth and breadth of life is beyond measure. We can't experience the intelligence or consciousness of a whale, A bat oratory. Yet we grant them their existence. What, then, of artificial life? Computers are developing their own intelligence at such a rate? They may soon beat us at every competition we can conceive of. But will they ever be conscious? Will they rejoice in their triumphs? Will they fear defeat?
