Welcome to your moments off relaxation as you are already sitting here. Now, make a commitments to yourself to be fully present in this very moment. Just be here on. Discover the importance off pausing. Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it fall out with the soft side through the mountains. Repeat that a couple of times with your eyes closed, allowing your whole tension and stress toe tumble out off your body. Breath after breath after breath, become aware of the points where the bread stones from an inhalation to an ex elation and then again, from an ex elation to an inhalation. This little break between the breads can be viewed as a still point brie. Then notice the pause. Breathe out, notice the pause, the still point between each breaths and now gently relax your attention and take a moment to notice how you feel. It is common in busy times that we have this feeling off Restlessness. Destruction is all over the place. People music, social media and work. Even when we have it ourselves, we feel the need to do something or go somewhere. There is no pause or a break and we have the feeling and need toe. Always react immediately. Now gently come back to this room. Slowly move your fingers, stretch your body and open your eyes. Try to stay in this peaceful state of mind as you step out into the world the next time you are triggered, stop and focus on that. Still point between your breads rather than react. We can act skillfully, have a wonderful day.
