I hate to sound cynical, but I'm going to assume that none of us already has everything we want. And most of us struggle from time to time to keep the really important things at the top of our to do list. Session two of this three part series on time management is going to challenge you to take a hard look at how you choose to use your time and evaluate the value of that time spent. Remember, nothing I tell you is going to give you more than 24 hours in a day. If we're going to get anything done, we've got a better identify the time wasters and unimportant activities that take up chunks of our day.
