What is deep canvassing? Deep canvassing is one of the only proven strategies to move voters along the political spectrum. These conversations are 100 times more effective than other attempts to persuade voters in electoral campaigns. Deep canvassing means listening without judgment, sharing our own lived experiences, receiving voter stories with compassion and helping to process the conflict that voters are feeling, judging, conflicted voters are giving them facts. Just doesn't work. We must have heartfelt conversations that allow folks to share why they are conflicted or frustrated with our system. These conversations will help us win this election and heal our country so that we can move forward together.
