Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with John's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

The first thing is to be sure that you're specific in your initial instructions. However, if you're not quite happy with the finished product, reach out to me and let me know what you're wanting. I'll fix whatever needs fixing in the recording.

I offer one revision which allows you to make a change to your original script. I only provide 1 revision and it has to be less than 100 words. Any more than 100 words will require the purchasing of another gig.
