Spiceland dancers was established by to Hear Aviv AIG in 1996. The organization office classes in contemporary ballet, jazz and modern dance from three years to adult Spiceland dancers, is a member of the International Blacks in Dance Association and performed at the festival and conference in Toronto, Canada. In 2014 The dancers have performed locally, regionally and internationally. Spiceland Dances was the first dance company to introduce the summer dance camp taught by international teachers from Franz Canada and the United States of America. The motto of the organization is Practice Springs Improvement, Dedication Fosters Success.
