My experience in real estate began when I bought a one bedroom condominium. I could not qualify for a loan, so my dad assisted me with the financing. After leasing and managing the property for about a year, I developed enough credit to obtain a traditional bank loan and pay off my loan from my dad. This was a monumental experience for me. I felt like I had opened a new and exciting door to opportunities in real estate.
