I quickly ran past my father as he was having his breakfast. He stopped eating and asked if I was hungry. I sharply replied to him with the reminder of the contest. I have to enter very soon, my father replied back with a scoff under his breath. I stopped in my tracks, turned around and gave him a kiss on the cheek, followed by a warm smile.
