if you've ever felt sad. I mean, really sad. Like don't get out of bed for days. Sad. The kind of sad where you whale like some kind of wounded animal. All you can think about is not going back to that place as it felt. As if you can never get out. This year has at times felt like one of those times. So wishing that things should be different than they are feeling like life was going backwards the pain of what didn't come to pass. It's times like this that I try to remember to be grateful not like in a cheesy way, but to think of all the things that are here. The people, the smiles, the communities, the pets. All right. Mhm.
