10 must have essential oil remedies, have one of those earaches that has you up all night. A piercing headache that just won't go away or a painful burn, you are worried about leaving a scar. Essential oils are a soothing and effective way to cure your ailments. They are a wonderful way to heal your body naturally stimulating your body's own mechanisms to repair and heal itself. Many essential oils have antimicrobial effects to fight off infection and disease. I cannot take credit for these essential oil remedies. They have been passed down through the generations, but they work no reason to reinvent the wheel. The following are my top 10 remedies I use with my family ear ache remedy in this mixture. The garlic is used for its antimicrobial properties, the camel for its anti inflammatory effects and lavender for both its antibacterial and soothing anti inflammatory effects. The lavender also promotes healing what you need on hand, olive oil, garlic chamomile lavender directions. Number one, begin with one teaspoon of olive oil. Number two, add one drop of garlic oil from a freshly crushed garlic clove. You can do this by crushing the clove and allowing a drop to roll off into the oil. Number three, add two drops of chamomile and two drops of lavender to the oil stir oils to mix. Number four, fill an eyedropper with mixture. Number five, add two drops of oil mixture into the ear. Number six. Try to keep the aching ear upright for a couple of minutes. I like to add this oil at night before bed so that I fall asleep with my ear upright for a while.
