welcome back to my guided meditation and affirmation presentation. I assume you are sitting comfortably and ready to begin. This one is called I Spice Up my Life. You'll start with a simple relaxation exercise, followed by an affirmation. Relax deeper by connecting with the sounds of nature. Then once again, I'll read the same affirmation as you started with, followed by some self reflection questions. Remember, this series is all about finding joy, happiness and contentment in your life. Done right and repeating the affirmation I spice up my life several times throughout your day will set you up for a most rewarding and positive experience.
