Can you show me the man that's an island? I dare you to show me the man that can go at it alone. Show me the man or the woman or the child of excellence who stopped just shy of the finish line. Show me unmuddied shoulders that upheld generations. Show me rich fruit with no cracked and buried seeds. Show me a glory tale without a hero on his knees. Mm hmm. Mhm. Mhm, mm hmm, mm hmm. Okay. Find it. You know, you carry a nation in your footsteps and your wildest dreams like crowns upon your head. You know that being black itself is a revolution and your very existence is a protest run for gold. Mhm. And when you rest do so in power, you're in a race you can't afford to lose. But this fight was never yours alone. This race and this future is ours. Okay.
