This guided meditation will help you fall into a deep restful sleep, mm hmm. As best as you can follow along and stay present to your experience. If at any point you notice your mind wandering off, distracted by thoughts or noises. Just gently bring it back to this practice as often as you need to begin by lying down on your back with your hands gently resting on your stomach or at your sides. You can change positions at any time in order to be more comfortable but start by lying on your back. During this meditation, you will be guided on releasing any tension in your body and quieting the mind so that you can drift into a pleasant and restful sleep.
