Hello. My name's Phil and I'm excited to tell you about a project we've been working on that is going to improve the way you work with HR. We call it the HR application roadmap program, or harp for short. Yes, like the instrument but a little different. You'll see. We came to understand there was a need for us to improve how we thought about HR at marathon from the variety of applications and websites. We currently use two or more unified holistic approach. This new approach would not only make an employee's experience quicker and easier. It would also present some great benefits for everyone here at MPC. And so, Harp fueled up for the road ahead. The goal of HARP is simple to create an integrated HR platform that empowers employees and leaders across the organization to take charge of many of their own HR needs a system that would allow our employees across the US to have a continuous digital and intuitive HR experience. The automation and optimization delivered means less time completing HR task and more time focusing on the work that matters most here let me share my screen now you're probably thinking so how is this heart thing going to affect me anyway? Well that's a very good question. You see your interactions with HR about to become a little different. Everything from your employee profile to learning and even how you put in your well deserved days off will live in an integrated environment. On top of that. The new system will be quick and easy to use. You are going to be the captain of your own HR journey and be able to initiate many HR task without having to rely on HR Yeah, believe me when I say you're going to love it.
