Meditation. Meditation comes in a lot of different forms from spiritual transcendental movement and mindfulness, meditations to more active combinations of meditation like yoga and prayer. The action of meditation helps you to relax your mind and clear it from all the noise that constantly surrounds you. This helps you to connect with your inner self more and tap into the power that is within you. I will not tell you which type of meditation to do, but I will encourage you to pick the one that you best understand and put as much intention into each session as you can. When you meditate, you will need something to focus your mind on. Let that be your inner self. Imagine there is a ball of potential energy with static buzzing against the walls of your inside and focus on it. Ask yourself what that ball of energy can create for you. The more you spend time with your mind on these thoughts, the more you will begin to align yourself with the universe, you will even begin to feel more confident and prouder of yourself after these exercises.
