Description
This is a Promax ME Multi-Award winning movie promo, including sound-design and editing.
This particular promo was designed from scratch. The footage was edited and sequenced to give the viewer the impression of an American football game, only with watermelons.
As for the voices (all done by myself, including the dodo impressions), the script is based on the footage, with two different voices; a classic 60's style voice (promo character name 'Hadi) and a New-York-accent commentary style voice (promo character name 'Milton). The latter is based on legendary boxing commentator Teddy Atlas.
At the end, I was also required to dub the lines of Manny the Mammoth ( Ray Romano Impression) and Diego the sabre-toothed cat. This promo can be viewed here:
