remember that notebook and pen that came in your welcome kit backpack? Now's the time to take them out because we're going to do a really awesome interactive personality assessment. You're actually going to find an open table or a beanbag chair in the forum with the person beside you and quiz them first, grab one of the personality assessment sheets from your facilitator. Once you find out where you're hanging out, ask away from the questions provided on the sheet, you and your partner will conduct the assessment on each other. Once you have the answers, you will both log each other's assessment into the link we provided you. Once you get the results, chat it out with your partner and compare each other's strengths and differences. This will help you understand what makes your teammates tick.
