Welcome to the way back. Virtual facilitator Training. This 20 minute interactive experience will prepare you to lead your gathering with confidence. Learn how you can determine when to hold your gathering, motivate people to attend, start and end your gathering smoothly. Set up an environment where people feel safe sharing. Lead a gathering where people feel heard and seen navigate emotional expression and sharing in the workplace with grace. Before we get started, download and print the getting started worksheet. You'll use it to answer questions throughout the training. By the end, you'll have a complete personalized kickoff plan with tips and suggestions throughout, each tribe member should have access to the way back online content or paperback book. Many members, especially introverts, will connect more deeply by reading along and gatherings and having the sparks and kindle ing for reference outside the gatherings.
