I had heard of mindfulness training long before I started my practice in it, and I knew of its reputation for being effective against the stress. What I discovered, though, was way more than that. It opened the door to a completely new perception of my surrounding and myself and don't get me wrong. This confrontation was not always easy. Nevertheless, I became able to deal with my stress and create an honesty and compassion for myself and the ones around me much deeper than ever before. By learning very simple techniques, I have completely transformed myself my career and my life in general.
