and the Ford Global Fellowship identifies and connects emerging leaders from across the globe to advance innovative ideas and create solutions to combat inequality. With an initial commitment of 10 years, the fellowship will support approximately 240 fellows. The fellowship experience includes three dynamic learning journeys in different regions around the world, giving fellows and opportunity to apply contextual learning to their own work. The fellows shape their own learning agenda as active members of the community of practise. They cooperate, designing and curating the content, themes and specific Escarole experiences to support the learning about inequality both regionally and globally. Individuals will join a current co Hurt of Fellows and the Border Fellowship Community, consisting of past and future co hurts to create a long term community of practise. We are seeking new and under supported voices to join our divers. Go hurt of leaders we are creating co hurts that maximise diversity in whom the individuals are and how they are working to disrupt inequality. All fellows are intersectional and inter disciplinary leaders. With global nine set, they share a commitment learning collectively across borders and context.
